Services
At Western Horizon Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc. we organize regular visits by hospice nurses to you at home. They are trained in pain and symptom management specifically for debilitating illnesses and life-limiting diagnoses. In addition to nursing care, we also have hospice aides who assist with ADL and provide personal care.
Hospice Services cover a wide range of needs including the coordination of medications and equipment that promotes your comfort and effective symptom management. Medical Social Workers work together with us for psychosocial and spiritual support to patients, families and caregivers.
